Purpose and General
These General Terms & Conditions of Use and the General Terms of Business govern the use and business transactions between balbertime.com and the use of said website. The website balbertime is owned by Time Dimension S.L. with registered address at Calle Compás de la Victoria, 3 (Málaga, Spain).
These General Terms & Conditions are subject to the provisions of Act 7/1998, of 13th April, on General Terms of Business; Act 26/1984, of 19th July, General for Consumers and Users Protection; Royal Decree 1906/1999, of 17th December 1999, governing Phone or Electronic Business with general terms & conditions; Organic Act 15/1999, of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection; Act 7/1996, of 15th January, on Retail Commerce regulations; and Act 34/2002, of 11th July, on Information Society and Email Services, and Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16th November, approving the recast text of the General Consumers and Users Protection Act.
Conditions of delivery
– Product delivery
Deliveries are made around the world. If you encounter any issues with international payment, do not hesitate to contact us.
BalBer undertakes to deliver the product in perfect conditions at the address provided by the customer on the order.
Aiming at expediting the delivery, we appreciate if the customer provides an address where the delivery can be made during regular business hours by the courier service.
BalBer shall not be held responsible for any errors made on the delivery if the delivery address provided by the customer no the order form does not do justice to reality or has been omitted. Shipping and/or handling costs are not included on the price and will be shown before completing the purchase, based on the delivery address of each order.
In addition, Balber will not bear the costs derived by Customs duties and other Importing expenses in each country.
In BalBer we aim at making your delivery reach you as soon as possible, handling time will be minimum and shipments will be dispatched on every working day.
Store products are always in stock. Under normal conditions, depending on the country of destination, cost and shipping time will vary:

– Confirmation, delivery data, non-delivered orders and misplacement
Upon making your order you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided on the order, please make sure to provide a valid email address and keep said confirmation as proof of purchase.
In the same email where the customer is informed about the shipment of the product from the BalBer warehouse, you will be informed about the shipping number and customer service hotline from the courier company, so that you may contact them directly in case of incident on the delivery.
BalBer shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by the introduction of wrong data on the delivery address by the customer when completing the order.
If the customer is absent at the time of the delivery, the courier company will leave a receipt with instructions on how to contact to request a new delivery. The customer shall contact the courier service.
If past the delivery time shown after the departure to delivery, if the order has not been entered into the delivery, the customer should contact BalBer. If the customer does not do so, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the customer shall bear the shipping costs and return-to-sender costs, as well as any possible handling fees.
If the reason why the parcel has not been delivered was due to misplacement, then our courier company will start an investigation. In those cases, reply times from our courier services range between one and three weeks.
– Procedure during the delivery
The customer must check the good conditions of the parcel in front of the courier service who, on behalf of BalBer, has made the requested delivery, stating on the delivery note any anomaly detected on the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been checked, the customer finds any incident such as an impact, breakage, evidence of the parcel being open or any other flaw caused by the shipment, the customer undertakes to inform BalBer via email or the customer’s account on the online store balbertime.com as soon as possible and always within seven working days from the delivery. It is understood as delivery the time when BalBer delivers the purchased product to the customer.
If the received product does not match what was ordered, please contact us also through our customer service within seven days, as in the previous scenario.
Information on the website
Descriptions of products shown on balbertime.com are made based on BalBer publishing team. BalBer provides the necessary means for contents to be truthful and updated. However, the information given about every product, as well as the photos or videos related to them and the trade names, brands or distinctive signs on any kind contained on the BalBer website are shown on balbertime.com for reference purposes only.
We shall also bear in mind that images may vary according to screen adjustments of the monitors and players. Therefore, any photo or image is intended to illustrate in the best way possible the looks and appearance of the product without being in any case a perfect representation of reality.
BalBer reserves the right to amend the commercial offer on balbertime.com at any time (amendments of products, prices, special offers and other commercial and service terms). In case of typographic error on any of the prices shown and if any customer has made any purchase decision based on said error, we will inform you of said error and the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost on their part.
Product prices are governed by a pricing tabulation at the time of confirming the order. Prices may vary depending on the time and will be clearly visible on the website, and new prices will never affect previously made orders. It would affect exchange rates, set by the brand, and subject to amendments without prior notice.
Products displayed on the balbertime.com online store comply with Spanish legislation. The user takes all responsibility arising from the use of the website BalBer, being the only party responsible for all direct and indirect effects derived from the website BalBer, including, but not limited to, any financial, technical and/or legal negative outcome, as well as any disappointment of the expectations created by the BalBer website. The user will hold BalBer harmless from any claims derived directly or indirectly from said facts.
BalBer accepts no responsibility for any damages arisen from any interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer virus, breakdowns and/or disconnections during the operational running of this electronic system or any computer device or equipment from the users, produced by causes not attributable to BalBer, that prevent or delay the service provision or navigation through the store, nor the delays or blockage in the usage caused by deficiencies or overload in Internet or in other computer systems, nor the impossibility of providing the service or allowing the access due to causes not attributable to BalBer, due to the user, third parties or force majeure. BalBer does not control, generally speaking, the use that the users make of the online store. In particular, BalBer does not guarantee under any circumstances that users use the store in accordance with the law, and these general terms & conditions, with morality and good habits generally accepted, public order or in a diligent and prudent way.
BalBer will handle all personal data as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties. If any data is not accurate, please contact us and we will amend the information accordingly.
Customers and users’ responsibility
As a general rule, the User is legally bound to these general terms and conditions hereby to act in accordance with the law and in good faith, to use the service provided in an appropriate way and to avoid using the website balbertime.com anyhow that could prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal work of the service, the goods or rights hold by BalBer, the rest of users or any general third party. It is prohibited for minors to access and use the portal without the express consent of their parents, BalBer is not responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data filled by the user and therefore cannot verify their age.
Specifically, and without implying any restriction on the previous paragraph while using the balbertime.com website the user agrees to:
a) Provide truthful information about the data requested in user registration form or placing an order, and keep them updated.
b) Do not put, store or transmit to or from the balbertime.com website, any information or material that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, xenophobic violence-inciting to discrimination based on race, sex, ideology, religion or in any way undermining morality, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, honour, privacy or image of others and general regulations.
c) Do not enter, store or transmit through the store any software, data, viruses, code, or any other electronic or physical device which is capable of causing damage to the BalBer website, in any of the services, or any of the equipment, systems or balbertime.com networks, any other user, balbertime.com providers or in general any third party.
d) Safely guard “username” and “password” that is provided by balbertime.com, assuming the liability for damages arising from improper use of them.
e) Do not make advertising or commercial exploitation through the website, and not use the contents and information of the same to send advertising, or send messages with any other commercial purpose, nor collect or store personal data of third parties.
f) Do not use false identities or impersonate others in the use of the website or the use of any of its services, including the use of passwords or access codes to third parties or otherwise.
g) Do not destroy, alter, use for use, disable or damage any data, information, software or electronic documents BalBer, its suppliers or third parties.
h) Do not enter, store or transmit through the store any content that infringes intellectual property rights, industrial or business secrets of others, or in general any content of which did not hold, in accordance with the law, the right to make it available to third parties.
The Customer undertakes to enable the product to be delivered and to provide an address where the product can be delivered within regular delivery hours. In case of non compliance of this obligation by the customer, BalBer is not responsible for any delays or non delivery of the order made by the customer.
Steps required for the order
In order to make an order correctly through the BalBer website, please follow the following steps:
- Select the products
- Add the products to your shopping cart
- Check/modify your order
- Select delivery and billing options
- Read and agree to the General Business Terms & Conditions
- Make payment
- Validate your order
- Receive your order confirmation
An order may be cancelled before the product in the campaign has been shipped, once the product has left the warehouse, cancelation is not possible.
BalBer will accept cancelations on orders in campaign, provided that the campaign is still valid. Once the campaign period is over, amendments will not be allowed. The reason for this is that the product will already be on the logistic phase and due to operational reasons it is not possible to stop the delivery process.
In balbertime.com, our main goal is the satisfaction of all our customers and with this aim in mind, if you are not happy with the product received, you may return it. All products sold may be returned within 15 working days from the delivery date or you may obtain a voucher for that same value.
If you wish to make a voluntary return for any reason, return conditions for a product will be the following:
1) The product must be in the same conditions as when it was delivered and you must keep the packaging and the original labelling in perfect conditions. Under no circumstances will we accept a product which has been used by the customer.
2) The shipping must be made using the same parcel or envelope used for the original delivery.
3) A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the parcel, showing the products being returned and the reason for the return.
Engraved products cannot be returned
Once these conditions have been met, send an email to email@example.com with all your data: name, address, order number and a description as complete as possible, with the subject Return.
You must follow the instructions sent to you on the reply, both in terms of time and procedure. The product will be sent by certified mail.
Shipping costs, insurance and other expenses arising from the return shall be borne by the buyer.
Once the product has been returned, once it reaches BalBer, we will check that it meets the return conditions described above and if everything is correct we will proceed to credit your credit/debit card, PayPal account or account number provided by you.
– Return of a defective product
A return of a defective product occurs when the product to be returned is in poor conditions or has a manufacturing defect, for this reason our products hold a BalBer warranty.
All products under the brand BalBer hold a 2-year warranty starting on the date of the purchase receipt, based on the following conditions:
The BalBer warranty covers any manufacturing defects on the watch, such as movement, case, glass or strap. Other components are not covered by this warranty.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your data: name, address, order number and a description as complete as possible, with the subject Warranty.
Under no circumstances will this warranty cover the following:
Damages and/or malfunctioning of the watch after the warranty term.
Damages caused by a misuse, accident or caused by fire, water, snow or natural disaster.
Damages caused by repairs, modifications or unjustifiable handling.
A esthetic changes caused during use (scratches, strap wear and tear, etc.)
Damages and/or malfunctioning of the watch, caused by non-authorized people or their representatives.
Damages on the glass, strap or buckle.
If the warranty is not shown together with the watch or this information has been updated.
Battery for quartz watches.
Shipping costs, insurance and other expenses are excluded from the warranty.
Please keep the order confirmation document or purchase receipt as proof of purchase. If the product return is made effective through the warranty, a product will be sent to replace it, if for any reason exactly the same one is not available for replacement, then the buyer will choose another product with the same value for the replacement.
Product payment is made at the time of the order. The relevant shipping fees must be added to the initial price appearing on the balbertime.com website for each of the products offered. In any case, said fees will be informed to the client prior to completing the purchase.
BalBer accepts the following payment methods; by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and/or other analogous cards); by PayPal system or wire transfer, being the first two the fastest options.
In the event that the POS advises about the refusal of the card, the order will automatically be cancelled, informing the customer about the cancelation online.

BalBer has the latest innovations in terms of security commercially available in the industry. In addition, the payment process works over a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted with 128-bit algorithm encryption, ensuring that they will only be readable by the customer computer and by balbertime.com. BalBer security policy meets the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21st December, approving the regulation that develops the Organic Act 15/1999, of 13th December, on personal data protection.

The customer is submitting their data to the server centre of BalBer and not to a bogus on. Data between the customer and the server centre of BalBer is transmitted encoded, impeding any possible access or use by third parties. Moreover, BalBer states that it does not have access to confidential information related to the payment method used, and thus it does not store it. Only “Unicaja” and PayPal have access to such data in order to manage payments and collection and these are inaccessible to third parties.
Asimismo, BalBer manifiesta que no tiene acceso a datos confidenciales relativos al medio de pago utilizado, y por tanto tampoco los almacena. Únicamente “Unicaja” y PayPal tienen acceso a estos datos a modo de gestión de los pagos y cobros y que son inaccesibles a otros terceros.
BalBer will not be responsible under any circumstances for the incidents that may arise regarding the personal details when they are derived either from an attack or unauthorised access to the systems in such a manner that it is impossible to detect it by our security systems or alternatively when it is due to a fault of diligence of the user regarding the custody and safekeeping of his access codes or of his personal details. In any case, the customer must inform BalBer immediately in the event that they become aware that their access keys have become known to third parties.
Industrial and intellectual property
All contents posted on the online store and especially any designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, as well as software, trade names, trademarks or drawings and any other signs subject of industrial and trade use are subject to BalBer industrial and intellectual property rights or third parties owning them who have duly authorized them in their website. Under no circumstances will it be understood that a licence is been granted or a waiver, transmission, total or partial assignment of said rights, or that any right or expectation of right is been conferred, and namely, no modification, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication on said contents without prior express authorization by BalBer or the corresponding owners.
Reproduction of this website in whole or in part without BalBer’s express permission is expressly prohibited, not even a hyperlink, or any contents, without the express and written authorization by BalBer.
Reservation of ownership
All products remain the property of BalBer until it is satisfied the full payment and order is completed.
In order to protect all our customers, prevent frauds and keep the maximum security in online shopping, we reserve the right to make data checks on the information provided on the purchase order, checking addresses, payment methods, etc.
